During our first visit to our eventual new home it was clear that she had done a great deal of homework as she answered all of our questions expertly. We had a lot of follow-up questions about the home, purchasing processes (our first home), and Zoe went above and beyond reaching out to vendors, other agents, and local contacts to get as much information as possible. Zoe was open and honest about the good and bad about our home, which gave us full view of what we were getting into. Zoe knows the area very well, she keeps constant communication and provided us with expert explanations for all the stuff we didn't know much about. We came from out of state & I don't think we would've been able to complete this process without her. Because we couldn't be there in person to tour houses she would go to listings and walk through, call us, and take photos for us and when we found a house we were interested in. She met up with multiple handy men to let them in and advocate for what we wanted when we could not be there to get quotes for repairs and updates. Once we found a house we loved she made sure we got everything we were asking for in negotiations and made sure the sellers took care of everything that was in the contract before closing. She even helped us get our water turned back on when we were driving up to get the keys and learned the water had been turned off! She did so much more than was required to make this happen for us and was so nice and easy to work with. We will be forever grateful!
